Two-year-old Noah was sitting in his high chair, happily munching on a handful of peanuts his dad had set out, when his face turned bright red. He couldn't breathe.
Marcus, Noah's dad, performed abdominal thrusts over the high chair tray — nothing. He was about to call 911 when he remembered the Mumany sitting right next to the high chair, where his wife had placed it after their son's first birthday.
The first pull did it. The peanut popped out, and Noah started wailing. Marcus says that minute felt like an hour, but the device worked exactly as the training video promised.
"Noah was fine — just mad that his snack was interrupted," Marcus laughed. "I'm just grateful we had it right there. Every second counts."
